We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city on Fleet Street, close to the underground and within walking distance to most theatres. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having a very healthy restaurant for breakfasts nearby. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service with a friendly and welcoming manner.

We had a perfect short stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even making late-night burgers for a tipsy couple. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good temperature, size, and pressure. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of channels on the TV, including Sky. The hotel had a great view of the Shard and the London Eye. It was also great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to theatres and in the center of town. We were able to walk to many tourist spots from the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman who seemed to have a managerial role. She worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was happy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was cooked to perfection and worth the extra cost. The hotel also provided complimentary wine and cheese tasting in the evenings, which we unfortunately didn't have a chance to experience.
Nothing that I didn't like.
