I had a great stay at this hotel - the rooms were clean, had thick curtains for a good night's sleep, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the bathrooms. Location: We loved that the hotel was situated on a very quiet street with almost no traffic. It was also conveniently located near the tube station. Staff: The receptionist was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Local area: We were delighted to find a Halal restaurant, Hafez Iranian Restaurant, nearby. It was perfect for us.

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with Bayswater Underground station just a short walk away. We were close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, organizing our airport transfer and being available 24/7 at the desk. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel provided basic amenities like a coffee maker and TV, and the rooms had a lovely view of the square below. The hotel also had good WiFi, although it was a bit unreliable at times.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The hotel's location near public transport made it very convenient for exploring the city. The tube station was just a short walk away, and there were bus stops nearby as well. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet but central area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff at the hotel were also exceptional, providing helpful and friendly service throughout my stay.
