We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic when our room was unavailable due to maintenance. They even upgraded our room, which was a great surprise. The location of the hotel was perfect, being near Paddington Station and within walking distance of various transport options, restaurants, cafes, pubs. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the free wifi was excellent. Plus, the left luggage facility was very handy for us. we had a great experience and found the hotel to be of very good value for our money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredible and the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the Queensway subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, we loved that the hotel was situated just minutes away from Hyde Park, allowing us to enjoy relaxing walks and the beautiful surroundings. The nearby streets were filled with a variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options.

The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
