I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in Mayfair was ideal, with easy access to the shopping areas of Oxford Street. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great service with a smile. The location was excellent, close to central train lines, making it easy for us to explore the city. The lounge area was spacious, clean, and offered a wide variety of food and beverage options. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of sending a baby pack to our room for our youngest grandchild.

The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of Mayfair and close to Hyde Park.
No negatives.
In town for the MLB series and Wimbledon, this hotel's location was perfect. It's right on Park Lane, within walking distance to Oxford Street stores, and just across from Hyde Park. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The valet parking made my stay hassle-free, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff in the breakfast area were attentive and friendly.
