The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy for me to access most of the city's sightseeing spots. Additionally, the in-house Italian restaurant was great, and there were plenty of other restaurant options available on the South Bank. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, being very close to Waterloo station with easy access to the airport and attractions on the Thames embankment such as the London Eye and Tower Bridge. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was great and the cooked breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the separate room for parents with kids during breakfast, where they could watch films. The hotel's proximity to many transport links in central London made it easy for us to explore the city.

The hotel's location right in the centre of this city is perfect for exploring a host of tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We stayed in a penthouse suite with sensational views and enjoyed the balcony, despite the less than ideal weather. The hotel also provided extra amenities for our children and made our son's birthday extra special.

The concierge desk, especially Daniel, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location was perfect, convenient for exploring all the sights and attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the hotel facilities, including the fitness center with sauna and steam bath, were very good. The staff were welcoming, and the check-in process was stress-free. We were even pleasantly surprised by the presence of a microwave in our room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a major train station just a 5-minute walk away. I could easily catch the train to the airport from Waterloo station. Being in the center of London, it was super convenient to visit all the attractions. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing excellent directions for getting to the theater. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety to suit all tastes.
