We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Josh at reception and Niko who prepared our room, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Pimlico underground station, making it easy to access central locations and the theatre. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Nothing bad to say. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and had a lovely view of a famous London attraction. The facilities were great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, within walking distance of some great pubs and restaurants, and it was easy to get a taxi or use public transportation to visit the main attractions.
Everything was great.
The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk away from Pimlico Tube, making it easily accessible to central London attractions. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a great variety of choices and the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
No complaints.
