We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our experience even better. The hotel's location was superb, with a Tube station just a 2-minute walk away, and attractions like the V&A, Hyde Park, and the Natural History Museum within spitting distance. We were also pleased to find a plethora of restaurants near the hotel, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with our room and bathroom being freshly decorated and very clean. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with free secure Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast that offered great value. We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and can't wait to return on our next trip!

This hotel is located so close to South Ken underground and is housed in a beautiful building that has been sensitively and opulently refurbished. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tube and within walking distance of some favorite spots. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood that is not overrun by tourists. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-appointed kitchen area and lounge. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the beautiful amenities made me feel like I was in a luxury retreat. The location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the tube station, making it easy to explore the nearby Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum, Natural History Museum, and Harrods. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service throughout my stay.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the tube and less than 10 minutes to the natural History Museum and the V&A. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, especially the spotless toilets in the common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lounge and a fantastic Wine Room where we could work after check-out. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, suggesting places to work when other rooms were not available. The hotel also provided free wifi with a seamless connection throughout, making it easy for us to stay connected. Parking was easily accessible and convenient.
