We loved the convenient location, just steps away from supermarkets and a short walk to major attractions like Oxford Road and Mayfair. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the staff made us feel welcome and valued with their excellent customer service. The seating area in the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. We also appreciated the added security measure of needing a room key to use the lift.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and common areas being well-maintained. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, allowing us to extend our stay due to a medical appointment nearby. The location was excellent, with easy access to the underground station and plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants to explore. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with the soothing sounds of air and water making our stay even more relaxing.

The location was fantastic, being very near to Great Portland Street tube station and within walking distance of Oxford Street and other attractions such as Baker Street.
