We had the best hotel experience ever at this hotel. The staff were super sweet and welcoming, and they even surprised us with a room upgrade, a bottle of wine, and a funny birthday card. The room was spotless and had excellent facilities like air conditioning, a water filter, a coffee machine, and cutlery. The shower was incredibly spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, being just a short walk from Buckingham Palace and close to transportation options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room, although small, was well equipped, comfortable, and stylish. I loved the unique touches like the fur throw and the illuminated book spines, which added a touch of surrealism to the room. The bathroom was pristine and the shower was enormous. The teeny kitchenette, complete with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, kettle. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, making it easy to explore this fabulous shopping area and the city's attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent cleanliness and facilities, and the staff provided helpful information on the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Super close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, it was the perfect central location for my explorations in this city.
