Nothing, all excellent.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. The vegan menu was fantastic - the hotdog and vegan coleslaw were even better than a meat hotdog. The room was comfortable, with a balcony and chairs outside. Lots of storage space.
Could not be improved in any way.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the manager and bar staff. The rooms were spacious and the beds and bedding were excellent. The food in the restaurant was above standard and they had a great selection of cask ales. The location was also perfect, with pleasant walks and easy access to transportation.
Nothing to fault.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the food at the pub downstairs was delicious, especially the burger and chips we had on our first evening. We also loved the location, which was a pleasant 10-minute walk from the nearest Tube station. The walk took us through a beautiful cemetery filled with birds and squirrels, adding to the charm of our stay. this hotel provided a lovely Victorian-style room, great hospitality, and an even better pub experience.
Everything is what we need and want.
The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. The bar downstairs had a great vibe with nice drinks and board games. The room felt homely and more like a bedroom. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean, and the shower was really great.
Not obvious to find.
