The hotel, located in the centre of Marble Arch Street, provided excellent transportation options, making it convenient for our shopping trip. The affordable price of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, considering the area it is situated in, which must be 100 times better than other locations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with all bedding and towels clean and laundered. The staff were very understanding, going above and beyond to help us when we needed an iron and it was not available. this hotel had great facilities and a convenient location for our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the area which must be 100 times better. The location was perfect, very near to everywhere, especially Oxford Street and Marble Arc. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with fresh bedding and towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as a TV, hairdryer, and kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage and use the restroom after check-out. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a decent selection of scrambled eggs and toast.
