The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The location was great with many local shops and places to eat nearby. It was super convenient as it was situated between two tube lines, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and newly furnished. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The location was superb, with a park close by and plenty of eateries nearby. The hotel was also conveniently located near transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located near Queensway Tube Station and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy outdoor activities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our requests were met and even upgrading our room when we expressed concerns about the size.
