The hotel's location next to the Disney Store was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The room I was upgraded to had a lovely bath and spacious sitting area, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, creating a satisfying ambiance and atmosphere during breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, just opposite Bond Street tube station, was perfect for getting around the city, especially for shopping. It was so convenient to have the tube station just across the street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we loved that our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The staff were excellent, with David at reception and Agnes at check-out being particularly helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a unique variety compared to the usual hotel buffet. we had a comfortable stay with great facilities and easy transportation access.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. They provided excellent service and were always willing to assist. The hotel was exceptionally tidy, and the rooms were spotless. Additionally, the location on Oxford Street and next to the Underground station made it convenient for shopping and exploring the city.

The hotel's location right on Oxford street with all the shops was perfect for our shopping trip. We were also pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the tube station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing a warm welcome and helpful service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also exceptional, making our stay even more comfortable.
