The hotel is located in a lovely setting, just up the hill from the tube station in a charming neighborhood. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the facilities provided are great. The breakfast offered is pleasant, with a variety of choices including breads, cheeses, cold meats, and cold hard boiled eggs. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The hotel facilities were great, especially the two windows that opened fully, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views of Hampstead Street and Heathrow. The location was perfect, with Hampstead tube station nearby, providing easy transportation options to Kenwood House and the ponds on Hampstead Heath. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh croissants, different types of bread, fruit, juice, cereals. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The hotel was very clean and well-managed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and a beautiful neighborhood to explore. The breakfast in the restaurant was pleasant and the dinner was delicious with good service.
