I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and always helpful. They welcomed me warmly and even helped me with my luggage up the steep stairs to my room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the tube station and close to Hyde Park. It was also convenient for exploring the city, with the National History Museum nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with enough wardrobe space. The breakfast was the highlight, the best I've ever had in a budget hotel.

The room was warm and spacious, with adjustable heating. The hotel provided tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, really near Hyde Park and just a short walk to the underground station. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and cozy room that was nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and added to our positive experience.
