We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - just a 2-minute walk from the river bank and 5 minutes from Tower Bridge. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed having our own Starbucks on-site. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, wishing us a happy anniversary. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the city skyline, including the Shard and Tower Bridge. The location was excellent, with the underground station just a 3-minute walk away and the iconic Tower Bridge only 5 minutes in the other direction. This made it easy for us to explore this amazing city, either by foot along the Thames or by using public transportation to reach top attractions, museums, shops, squares.
