I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, from the hotel itself to the rooms. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. The shower was spacious and had excellent hot water with plenty of pressure. The staff were friendly and polite, providing exceptional service. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the Olympia conference building and the bustling life of High street Kensington. Additionally, this hotel offered a decent breakfast to start the day off right. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was really close to Olympia for the Expo, just off Kensington High Street. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location for public transport. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and functional, with all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect for me as it was right beside an overground station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there were buses just around the corner and it was only a 10-minute walk to the nearest underground station. This made it convenient to get around and visit all the attractions, including the Trade fair at Olympia. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with a decent selection of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. I didn't have any negative experiences at this hotel.
