The staff, service, and facilities at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Even the cleaners were pleasant and greeted us with a smile. The spa area and pool facilities were amazing, providing a perfect place for relaxation. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel, as everything was well-maintained and spotless.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a tube station and within walking distance of popular attractions like the South Bank and Covent Garden. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cozy and inviting bar called Bassoon and a gorgeous Northhall. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was truly amazing, with a large bath and a TV, and the attention to detail was excellent. It was also very clean and spacious, especially considering its location in this city. The pool area was absolutely amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful. The location was also great, just a minute's walk from the embankment tube station.
