We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful cool style and was very clean. The location was perfect for getting around the city, especially for our BBC Prom concert at the Royal Albert Hall and visiting the main museums. The hotel was also conveniently located opposite an underground station.
No complaints. The hotel provided excellent service and we had a great stay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Free luggage storage was available on the check-out day, which allowed me to explore the city without carrying heavy bags. The hotel's location was brilliant, as it was within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall and close to a tube station, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were basic, but they had everything we needed and were incredibly clean and modern. The bed was very comfy, and the bathrooms were nice and spacious. The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was right across the street from the Gloucester Rd Underground station. This made it easy for us to travel to and from the airport and other parts of the city. We were also pleased to find that there were plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, such as the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was the highlight - while it didn't change day to day, there were plenty of options to choose from and it was very satisfactory. The location was also great, with convenient transportation links and a grocery store and several food options just across the street. The staff, especially Brigute, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even lending us a plug adaptor for our cellphone. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the spacious and tidy rooms with ensuite bathrooms, was impeccable. We also appreciated the free wifi.
