We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the tube station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar and restaurants that we highly recommend. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, right next to the underground station and close to various tourist attractions in Kensington. The hotel facilities are great, with a beautiful interior and a lovely bar. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kensington. The staff were super friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was newly decorated and more luxurious than expected, with a nicely done bathroom. All room amenities were well thought out and made my stay very comfortable. The bed was nice and firm, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, with perfectly cooked eggs both mornings, which was a great start to the day. The hotel's location was also a highlight, as it was conveniently close to a tube station and within a short stroll of some of the nicest museums and Hyde Park. There were also plenty of nice places to eat and shop in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel staff were very helpful in securing dinner reservations, which was greatly appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel, just across from Gloucester Road Tube. The transportation was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was very clean and had great staff who were helpful and efficient.
There was nothing I didn't like.
