We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a great feature of adjoining rooms. The hotel even arranged a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The location was great, not far from the city centre and conveniently close to Kilburn station. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the on-site restaurant Carluccios. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant. it was an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Salvatore and Hicham at the reception, were extremely helpful and polite. They handled our situation professionally and with integrity. We felt welcome and at home throughout our stay. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with a quick tube ride into central London. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including toiletries, a kettle, and coffee and milk sachets. The hotel facilities, including the health club next door, were a great addition to our stay. The breakfast served here was fantastic and the beds were really comfy.

The hotel was clean and the staff was efficient, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were perfect, spacious, and clean with a great bathroom and many amenities. The location was good, close to transportation options, including a few steps from the Kilburn metro station and a bus station for central sightseeing. The breakfast provided was full and tasty.
