The staff were friendly and helpful, asking about my journey. The rooms exceeded my expectations and were a great size. The hotel even left a card and chocolates for my partner's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean rooms in this hotel, which is located in an old building. The staff at reception were lovely and always willing to help, providing us with EU-UK power plug adapters and assisting with changing rooms. Despite its proximity to the DLR station, the hotel was very quiet. The location was also ideal, being just 20 meters away from the station. This made it convenient for us to travel to central London and to Greenwich Park and the Cutty Sark. As a bonus, the hotel provided a free mobile phone for us to use, both inside and outside the apartment, which allowed us to make free calls and access the internet.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the spacious wet room style bathroom and the basic equipment in the kitchenette, which allowed me to have a meal in the room. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was right next to Deptford Bridge and close to everything. This made it easy for me to reach central London and explore the city. The staff, particularly Sebastian at reception, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
