We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park and a nearby tube station for easy transportation around the city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness of our room was impressive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was ready for an early check-in. We also appreciated the discounted breakfast option, which was delicious and convenient. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The customer service was outstanding - helpful, engaged, and kind. The location was pretty good, close to Hyde Park and The Albert Hall. Breakfast was great and worth the extra cost. The bed was comfortable and we even got biscuits for our tea/coffee.
