I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, right next to the Heathrow Express train service, was incredibly convenient for catching my morning flight. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of this hotel is perfect, especially if you're arriving after a long night flight with a lot of luggage. It is just next to Paddington Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The price we paid for our stay was excellent, especially when comparing it to other options in this location. The hotel facilities were impressive, with spacious rooms and a large flat-screen TV. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and the staff made a wonderful latte.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for both my evening plans in the city with friends and my journey to Cardiff the next day. Being close to Paddington Station allowed me to easily hop on and off the train or tube, while also having access to a variety of shops, cafes, and food places.
