We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and the staff, particularly Drizia at the front desk, were helpful and nice. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the underground and surrounded by affordable restaurants and supermarkets. Plus, being close to Kensington Gardens made it easy to explore Notting Hill and Oxford Street.
Don't have any issues at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with the main breakfast room, reception, and entrance looking clean and sleek. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is one of its best features, as it is right next to Bayswater station, making it convenient to reach the underground and explore the city. Additionally, being near Hyde Park was a huge plus, allowing us to take leisurely walks and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff at the hotel were attentive and helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being just a stone's throw away from Hyde Park. It is conveniently located close to bus services and underground stations, making transportation in this city a breeze. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-maintained room. The staff were polite and welcoming, providing excellent service.
