I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Alex Shaw and Essley the master bartender, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even arranged upgrades at another property. I also appreciated the gluten-free menu at the hotel. The service was truly exceptional.

I had the best stay in the heart of this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center, making it convenient for anyone wanting a luxury stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.

I had the most wonderful stay here. The staff, from Alexander to Sabhi, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my birthday treat extra special. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with an impeccably clean room and plush, comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to luxury shopping, tube stops, and the amazing V & A Museum. Plus, breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
