The hotel location is perfect, being near Marylebone station and not too far from Paddington station. The transportation options are convenient, allowing easy access to different parts of the city. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly and helpful in every department. The breakfast served is delicious, with a wide range of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Gloria at the front desk and the entire concierge team. The hotel facilities were impressive, including the pool and the stunning conservatory area. We loved the spaciousness of our room, one of the largest we have ever stayed in, and the fact that it had a balcony overlooking the conservatory. The children were delighted with the wow factor of the hotel's reception area and enjoyed using the pool. The food from room service was of excellent quality and was delivered promptly, within the promised 20 minutes. The hotel is conveniently located next to Marylebone station on the Bakerloo line, making it easy to explore this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Rupert greeted us with a smile every morning at the door. The hotel was very clean and luxurious. The shower had great water pressure and temperature adjustment. The location was excellent, right next to the underground and close to other major stations. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with exceptionally clean and large rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the newly renovated gym and spa facilities. The location on Baker Street was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was also convenient for attending shows like the Lion King and dining at high-demand restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcomed and special. The breakfast provided plenty of choices and was delicious.
