I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in London. The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to major attractions such as the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, and Covent Garden. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Wyndham Theatre and the embankment tube station. The rooms were very clean and spacious, especially when compared to other central London hotels at the same price. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including free bottled water on each floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the toiletries in the bathroom were of better quality than most hotels. this hotel provided me with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We could easily explore attractions like the London Eye and the parks, thanks to the hotel's proximity to Waterloo station. Plus, the hotel offered free filtered bottle water and a kitchenette, making our stay convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues and providing excellent service. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms ensured a great night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short walk to Trafalgar Square and within easy reach of major attractions like Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the facilities offered. The wifi and gadgets in the room were great, and the separate lounge and facilities were a bonus when we wanted to relax. The staff were exceptional - they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Check-in was well explained, and the computer checkout system was efficient. We also appreciated the advice given by the staff on transportation options, including the direct train to Hampton Court Palace from Waterloo station.
