The staff were amazingly helpful, even allowing me to check in early without any extra charge. The honesty bar had a great selection of high-quality teas and coffee. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of breads and cakes to choose from.

The hotel had a very authentic Latin American feel, which we loved. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with top-notch produce and a noticeable difference from typical hotel chain breakfasts. The location was great, with nearby bus and train links to Waterloo Station, making transportation easy.
Not obvious to find, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.
