I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. They even looked after my bags when I checked out. The room was a good size, with a nice bath/shower set up and comfortable beds. The cleanliness throughout my stay was excellent. The location was great, with the Tube station only a few minutes walk away, making it easy to access the city's attractions and in a quite affluent area of this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a well-maintained and spotless room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, situated between two tube stops and within walking distance to Kensington gardens and the Mall going west. Additionally, there was a large Sainsbury's supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any shopping needs. The breakfast provided was a real highlight, with a great variety and delicious options. Lastly, the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

We were also conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, we were delighted to find that the hotel was in close proximity to Kew Gardens, allowing for a great day trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless, with complimentary products provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, even opening the bar for us late at night and allowing us to take our drinks up to the room. The bed was extremely comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
