Easy to get to from Victoria coach station, close to everything, close to the theatre we were attending, fairly close to Victoria train station, helpful friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with renovated bathrooms and clean crisp sheets and towels. The location was perfect, with less than a 5-minute walk to Victoria Coach station, bus station, and easy access to the underground. We were pleasantly surprised that it was also within a 20-minute walk to major attractions like Buckingham Palace. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and even helping us with transportation options late at night. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms, while basic, had the added convenience of a kettle and tea/coffee options. We didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it was included in the stay.

The location was unbeatable, as it was very close to the Victoria Coach station where I caught the bus to Gatwick. Additionally, it was near to attractions and within walking distance to many landmarks. The staff were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

I was also pleased to find a supermarket nearby for any supplies I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the room being cleaned daily and the towels being spotless. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple yet sustaining, allowing me to start my day of sightseeing in this city at a good time.
