We had a fantastic stay in this city for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of Mayfair. It was close to the busy nightlife, bars, and theaters of the West End, but located in the relative calm of Mayfair. The room we were given, the Bamboo Suite, was fantastic. It was a two-level duplex with quirky interiors, fresh orchids, and a great mini bar selection. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided a small gift and candy box for our one-year-old son. We were also impressed with the restaurant, which had an original menu and a contemporary ambiance. Despite being located directly above the restaurant, the noise was minimal and did not disturb our sleep. Another highlight was the hotel's excellent transportation connections, particularly to the Eurostar terminal. Lastly, we couldn't help but notice the constant parade of opulent luxury and sports cars in front of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with clean and fluffy towels in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a docking station for a Bose system. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular restaurants like Scott's of Mayfair, Nobu, and Novikov. The staff, especially Pauline, provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast served was tasty and enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with everything in central London just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and well-equipped gym. The bar and communal areas were stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the reception was welcoming and efficient.
