The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Harrods and the Knightsbridge underground station. It was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lady at reception even upgraded my room. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were lovely. The room itself had lots of character and the complimentary fizzy and still water was a nice touch. I also appreciated that the water was replenished daily and that there was complimentary bottled water available at the reception.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to Harrods, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, and only a 10-minute walk to Hyde Park. Being just around the corner from the bustling Brompton Road, it offered a peaceful retreat in a quiet cul-de-sac. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely breakfast and a bar offering complimentary cream tea. The staff were friendly and provided impeccable service.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk away from Harrods, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. I loved how easy it was to explore this city's famous attractions and shopping districts. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with beautifully maintained furnishings and lovely attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
