The staff were genuinely friendly and amazingly helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cosy and quiet.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection available.
The location was perfect, right in the heart of a busy area with easy access to transportation and downtowns. Additionally, there was a great spot nearby called Bar Italia for cappuccino and sandwiches.

We stayed in this hotel in the heart of Soho and it was the perfect location for exploring this vibrant area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great experience. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the beautiful Georgian building and the cozy and comfortable boutique rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely library and communal spaces, perfect for work or meetings. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the bathroom was spacious with separate temperature-controlled showers and faucets. We also appreciated the option of having breakfast brought to our room, although there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite if we preferred.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming period townhouse hotel in the heart of the bustling city. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions of this city. The hotel itself had a lovely historical charm, with creaky floorboards and antique furniture that added to its authenticity. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning, allowing us to start our day off right. It was a true treat to enjoy a tray of coffee and tea, expertly organized by Charles. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially to those who appreciate Gothic and Georgian style.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, from helping us with our luggage to being some of the friendliest humans we've ever met. The hotel's location was perfect, just 2 minutes from Soho Square and within walking distance of popular tourist sites. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities, including the lounge area with a real fire, added to the cozy ambiance. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was ample, more than enough for two people. The bed was amazingly comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep we've had in a long time.
