We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional both before and during our stay. The room was a good size, around 12 square meters, and it was decently clean. The hotel has recently been renovated and even has a lift, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with restaurants, shops, and two nearby metro stations that are linked with all the lines from all the zones. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the fact that the hotel was near a tube station and had easy access to transportation.

The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the staff were friendly. The location was very close to Oxford Street and the Edgware Road tube station. It was also within walking distance of Hyde Park and not far from popular areas like Oxford Street. The staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the reception, were friendly and helpful.
