I had the best experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the doorman greeted me warmly and helped me with my bags. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was superb - it was clean, comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. The temperature was just right and it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym, pool, and spa. The rooftop restaurant had a great atmosphere and the pan Asian food was unique and delicious. I also loved the live music. The staff, especially Howard the concierge, provided outstanding service and were always ready to assist. I even received a response to my email within 30 seconds! The valet parking was smooth and convenient. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
