I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, available 24/7, and willing to help with anything. The location was perfect, with very short walks to two major tube stations, including train transfers from the airport. Everything felt to be within walking distance on the south bank. It was convenient to have a pub onsite with late-night hours, and the breakfast choices were excellent, with everything being freshly made.
None.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helped us if we needed anything. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. We appreciated the complimentary beer in the mini bar and the emergency toothpaste provided. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the theatre and Covent Garden in just 20 minutes. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Nothing that we didn't like.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the attention to detail in the Alice in Wonderland themed room was impressive. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to two London Underground stations and close proximity to popular attractions like Trafalgar Square and Michael Pierre Whites restaurant. The breakfast provided a great selection of hot and cold choices, and the poached eggs florentine were the best I've ever tasted. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed and more.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
