We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size and had two double beds, a private shower and toilet. It was clean and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with both Queens Way and Bayswater tube stations within a couple of hundred yards. We were also close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast provided was continental and very good. this hotel provided us with everything we needed and was great value for money.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Hyde Park and very close to the underground. It's clean and the staff are helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we were given was spacious with a large window overlooking the street, which was exactly what we requested. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the modern bathroom with a powerful shower felt very new. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near Hyde Park and provided easy access to many different historic sites in this city.
