We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed with the attention given to maintaining a spotless environment. The hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and landmarks such as Tower Bridge and Borough Market. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, making us feel welcomed and valued. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. we were extremely satisfied with the hotel's best aspects.

The view from the 50th floor was breathtaking, especially in the bars. The staff were welcoming, always had a smile on their faces, and made me feel special. The hotel facilities were wonderful and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was great, close to Borough Market and Tower Bridge.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The views from our room were truly spectacular. The hotel's location in a lively part of the city was great, with lots going on around us. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, providing exceptional service. Everything we needed was at hand, with all washroom items included within the price.
Nothing that we didn't like.
