We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, being conveniently situated next to Kensington Gardens and near Hyde Park. Transportation was also very convenient, with a bus stop just one minute walk away and a metro station only 3-5 minutes away. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, even accommodating our pre-arrival requests. it was a pleasant experience with a clean hotel and a beautiful atmosphere. The continental breakfast provided a good selection, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The shower had a powerful water flow, adding to our satisfaction during our stay.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to the underground and just opposite Hyde Park. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast provided was excellent. the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were also great.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was perfect, as it was opposite Hyde Park and not too far from Oxford Street. We also found it convenient to have the Lancaster Gate tube station nearby, making it easy to get around this city.

It was also relatively close to the city center and Heathrow airport. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and stylish lounge and breakfast room. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our check-in and check-out easy. The breakfast offered a good choice of options. it was a comfortable and quiet stay with fresh towels and beds made daily.
