The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many sights, shops, and pubs/restaurants. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, with no chips, scuffs, or stains. The staff were friendly and supportive, providing great customer service. The breakfast offered an amazing selection and was cooked to order.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - close to Piccadilly and within walking distance to all the major attractions in this city. The staff here were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities offered were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby transportation options, including the close proximity to Paddington and the Heathrow Express. Being in the heart of Mayfair meant we were surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. And to top it all off, the breakfast served here was delicious!
