Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel looked newly renovated.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The room was large, super clean, and had a fridge and kettle, which exceeded our expectations. The location was also a huge plus as it was very close to the tube station, making transportation in this city extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff was helpful and made check in and check out very easy.

The hotel's location was superb, tucked away in an alley off Brick Lane, yet conveniently close to Aldgate East tube station. Being so near the Underground made it incredibly easy to explore this city's attractions. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room and en-suite was impressive, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment. The hotel also provided basic toiletries, water bottles, tea, and coffee sachets, a thoughtful touch that added convenience to our stay.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel is conveniently located near the tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that the rooms had air conditioning and fridges, unlike many other hotels in this price range. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with Frank providing exceptional customer service.
