I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the cozy bar to the delightful breakfast options. The staff, especially Giulia at reception, were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service. The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, making it a nice place to come home to after exploring the city. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, allowing easy access to various attractions.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a stone's throw away from St James' Palace, the National Gallery, and Fortnum and Mason. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the cozy lobby bar where we enjoyed the best martinis, to the charming traditional English atmosphere throughout. Additionally, the transportation options were great, with easy access to Tube lines and close proximity to the river and parks. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast served on traditional china, making our mornings even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with the Royal Academy of Arts, shops, and Fortnum and Mason all nearby. We also loved that St James Park and Green Park were just a few minutes walk away, allowing us to easily explore this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served here was really delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
