The best aspects of this hotel include its cleanliness, convenient location next to the DLR lime and Custom House for Excel DLR station, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities and transportation options, such as the nearby DLR station, make it easy to get around. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was wonderfully spacious and even had a small kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to public transportation, allowing me to reach the city center within half an hour. Additionally, the hotel had a cafe/pub with delicious food. The air conditioning in the room was a godsend, especially during the hot weather.

The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to the docks. It was easy to explore the city from here. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the tourist information I needed. The breakfast provided was lovely, offering a variety of options to start the day.

Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms were clean and everything was in working order.
Hotel facilities: The air conditioning was in perfect working order and not tied to the "room-key-energy saving" feature, providing a pleasant temperature during hot weather.
Transportation: Location within easy reach of the O2 and Customs House DLR station, with access through the reception area.
Staff: The young gentlemen at check-in were super kind, courteous, and thinking "with us" as customers. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
