We loved the comfortable bed and the clean room. The location was perfect, close to shops, museums, and the underground station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge, Brennan, deserves a special shout out for his amazing service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within great walking distance to many of the city's top sights, including the famous Oxford Street shops and various tourist spots. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-laid-out and comfortable room that had a fridge, air conditioning, and a safe. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the fact that I heard very little noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast provided was good, although the choice was slightly limited. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a tube station, allowing for easy transportation around the city.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. I was able to easily access all the amenities and attractions of this city, as it was right beside the underground. Additionally, it was very close to Tottenham Court Road tube station, making transportation extremely convenient. I loved that there were two underground stations nearby, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Furthermore, the hotel was just across the road from Hakasan restaurant, which was a bonus for food options.
