I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Baker Street station and central to everything in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nothing, it was perfect.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and safe during these uncertain times. The hotel was clean and had a classy and quirky decor and design. The lounge areas were spacious and relaxed, with lovely furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the additional touches like the coffee machine and chocolates in the room. The location was perfect, close to the tube station, Regents Park, Marylebone Street, and various attractions and restaurants.
