The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a TV in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond by bringing an extra heater for our room. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the tube station and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff made me feel welcome and were incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and modern, with a lovely bathroom and a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Earls Court tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fridge in the room and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location for accessing the vibrant areas of Earl's Court and Kensington. The hotel was spotless, with newly renovated rooms and stylish touches throughout. The proximity to Earl's Court station made it incredibly easy to get around the city, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Additionally, the staff, particularly Marcelo, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best aspect, as it was right in the center of town and just around the corner from Earls Court underground station. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with the rooms looking new and being very clean. The hotel facilities were great, with small amenities like a kettle with tea and coffee, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Transportation was convenient, as the hotel was located near the tube station, making it easy to explore the city, even at night.
