The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping mall with plenty of shopping opportunities. The breakfast provided was just what I needed, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, and the little kitchen layout was a great addition. this hotel felt like a home away from home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff gave a real personal touch, remembering my name and using it every time we passed by. They were very friendly and the service was value for money. The hotel also had a 24-hour reception, which was convenient. The location was great, with a short 5-minute walk to the tube station, providing easy access to all the major attractions in the city. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the big shower and the fact that breakfast was included. The hotel was close to Shepherds Bush, which had direct transportation connections to the city center, Olympia, and a huge shopping center. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
