The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to downtown, shopping areas, and major attractions. We were able to reach Hyde Park and Green Park tube stations with a short walk, and Oxford/Regent Streets area was not too far either.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to Hyde Park and Green Park tube stations, and not much further to the Oxford/Regent Streets area. It was also very close to Buckingham Palace. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was superb. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, especially the staff member running the breakfast service. We were pleasantly surprised by the Randall restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The staff, from the receptionist to the night manager, were exceptional. The check-in and checkout process was effortless. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between Green Park and Hyde Park Corner tubes. This made it convenient to explore Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room layouts were impressive. The attention from the staff, especially the night manager, Karem, was outstanding. The hotel facilities, such as the Italian restaurant and bar, were great. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
It was all superb.
