The location of this hotel was perfect - right next to a tube station and centrally located to all the shops and attractions in the city. The convenience of being near the tube station made it easy to explore the city and get around. The hotel staff were amazing, always willing to help and make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable.

The hotel's location next to a tube station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We also loved the cleanliness of the rooms, which were tastefully decorated with unique touches related to the hotel's genre. I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the underground station and just across from Hyde Park. Plus, being close to Oxford St meant I had easy access to shopping heaven. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the lobby to my room, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the spacious and modern design that gave off a cool vibe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. They were friendly, helpful, and even anticipated my needs before I could ask. The breakfast served exceeded all my expectations and provided a great start to my day.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had a royal treatment from the moment I checked in at the VIP lounge, with a glass of bubbles and outstanding amenities. The hotel room had nice touches like treats on the pillow and a bottle of water at night. The atmosphere upon entering was fabulous, with music playing and a spacious area filled with memorabilia. The location was brilliant, just off Oxford Street at Marble Arch, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the manager who made us feel special and welcomed.

The location was perfect, right next to Marble Arch tube station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions in the Oxford Street shopping area.
